I work as a senior manager in PwC's organisational and process team in Berlin. I obtained my M.B.A for Financial Management at the Prifysgol Cymru University of Wales. In 2000, after 10 years' employment in a bank I started working in the management consulting sector.

My core professional activity consists of assisting in banking licensing procedures in Germany, as well as the establishment of branches abroad. The range of my experience goes from the business case validation, the evaluation of in- and outsourcing scopes, as well as of adequate providers (regarding products and IT services), the preparation of business and IT concepts, to migrations and the going live process. In this regard my professional know-how covers the establishment of a typical bank with a network of offices, internet banks, as well as the establishment of captive finance banks (inter alia, in the automotive and mineral oil trade).

In addition to this I am responsible for the credit processing section in the organisational and process team. This offers me the possibility to evaluate and develop the end‑to‑end process and organisation regarding granting loans and loan portfolio management within the framework of banking licensing procedures.

I look forward to your comments and remarks concerning this blog.
