I am a director in the organisational and process team at PwC in the Düsseldorf office. I am responsible for the establishment, spin-offs and reorganisation of banks in matters of "strategy & operations". My professional core activity in this regard comprises arranging the structural organisation, developing and optimising the process organisation, as well as advising on strategic decisions for the operating model in view of regulatory requirements.

I assisted in or was responsible for the establishment of various banks in Germany and in German-speaking parts of the world, and thereby implemented the strategic thoughts of a banking founder into the reality of a bank establishment.

For the last four years I have been working for PwC in the establishment of banks. Before that I worked as a manager in a global consulting firm, where I was also involved in foundation projects. Before my activities as an advisor I worked at a state bank (Landesbank), where I was responsible for the development of electronic trading systems (MM/FX and equities). Prior to that I was employed in the communications department of a stock exchange.
