I am a senior manager at PwC and have been working in the licensing team in the office in Frankfurt/Main since 2006. I mainly advise domestic and foreign companies or private investors and am responsible for the regulatory realisation of their banking establishment or acquisition projects in Germany, as well as for advisory services in connection with regulatory compliance issues. Moreover, I support clients in matters regarding cash management and regulatory reporting duties.
As a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) I also act for PwC Legal, the German law firm of PwC Germany.
I am looking forward to interesting discussions regarding the establishment of banks.

Ich bin Senior Managerin bei PwC und seit 2006 im Lizenzierungsteam am Standort Frankfurt am Main tätig. Dort berate ich vorwiegend in- und ausländische Unternehmen oder Privatinvestoren und begleite sie aufsichtsrechtlich bei Bankgründungs- oder -erwerbsprojekten in Deutschland sowie zu Fragen regulatorischer Compliance. Darüber hinaus gehört zu meinen fachlichen Schwerpunkten die Betreuung von Mandanten bei Fragen aus dem Bereich Cash Management sowie zu regulatorischen Meldepflichten.
Als Rechtsanwältin trete ich auch für PwC Legal, die Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft von PwC Deutschland, auf.

For more than 18 years I have assisted banks and financial service providers on their entry onto the German market, advised on their licensing procedures and ensured a sound set-up from a legal perspective. In my capacity as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) I also act for PwC Legal, the German law firm of PwC Germany. Moreover, I am a certified accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer).
