European Commission Transfer Pricing Forum

The European Commission has extended its transfer Pricing Forum’s mandate for a further four years and called for applications for a further business member and/or chairperson.


The European Commission has announced a four year extension of its transfer Pricing Forum’s mandate to March 2015. At the same time it has raised the number of business members from 15 to 16 and has published a call for applications to fill the vacancy. Applicants should be of appropriate standing and experience in the transfer pricing or corporate tax fields. The appointment is honorary, initially for a two year period. The call has also been issued for applications to take the chair. The Forum’s membership is drawn from government – one representative from the Revenue authority of each member state – and from business. The 16 business members are selected by the Commission with a view to the widest possible range of geographic and professional experience. It meets twice a year in Brussels and its business members are expected to take an active part.
