In the judgment of today in the case C-465/20 P Commission v Ireland and Others the ECJ set aside the judgment of the General Court concerning tax rulings issued by Ireland in favor of Apple: Ireland granted Apple unlawful aid which Ireland is required to recover. – More details to be found in the ECJ press release No. 133/24.
