Information on the Finance Bill 2020 (Bundesrat Committees submit recommendations to Bundesrat).
The Bundesrat Committees have published their recommendations to the Bundesrat with regard to the Finance Bill 2020. In it, they propose numerous amendments or additions to the provisions provided for in the federal government's draft bill. One of the recommendations is to demand a "1:1 implementation" of the ATAD Directive into national law. Our Newsflash gives a brief summary of some of the – in our view – most important proposals.
