Webcast 13 October: Updates & Business Impact ITX -Tourism, Hospitality & Leasure (Termin 1)

While the European Commission initially paused work on the reformation of the TOMS regulation, it has now resumed the initiative. With these recent developments, potential amendments of the VAT Directive for Travel and Tourism (especially TOMS and passenger transport) and the adoption of the ViDA reform package (especially platform economy and short-term accommodation) ahead, the THL industry is now facing significant challenges and changes. Reasons enough for us to provide a status update of the different initiatives and an overview of the next steps in the webcast. 

In addition, we will discuss recent developments in selected countries, e.g. the application of TOMS to non-EU entrepreneurs, the TOMS reform in the UK, short term accommodation and split of VAT rates in the Netherlands and Germany.
